Designing your home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we offer Free Expert Design Services—a value-packed way to explore layouts, materials, and styles with guidance from our professional team.

Who Qualifies?

If you follow our Design Process Outline (found under the Design Process tab), you’ll receive Free Expert Design automatically.

What’s Included

• Showroom Consultation
  One-on-one time with a designer to discuss your goals and style.
• Product & Material Guidance
  Tailored recommendations based on your space, taste, and budget.
• Preliminary Concepts
  Layouts, finishes, and color palettes that inspire.
• 3D Renderings
  Realistic visuals to help you picture the results.
• One Free Revision
  Fine-tuning based on your feedback.
• Space Review
  Basic measurements and structure review to guide the design.

What’s Not Included

To keep the service streamlined, Free Expert Design does not cover:

• Extra in-home visits
• Detailed construction plans (released after order deposit)
• Design printouts and/or photos
• More than one round of revisions
• Professional engineering or structural services

How to Get Started

1. Book a Consultation – Schedule through our website or showroom.
2. Bring Measurements or Photos – A rough outline of your space helps us get started.
3. Follow the Steps – Complete the Design Process Outline under the Design Process tab.

Additional Services & Design Fee

If you need more than what’s included in Free Expert Design, we offer extended design services.

💡 Design Fee: Anywhere from $500–$1,500, or 10–15% of the estimated project cost (whichever is greater). This fee is non-refundable but applies directly to your order.
